PRE-ORDER

Please allow your package 4-6 weeks to come if you order a pre-order. Emails will be sent to keep you up to date. 

 

Refund and Return Policy

All orders can be returned within 3 days after you have received the package. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unworn and the tags have not been removed. To start a return, please contact support@biasinfavorofus.com  with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for return. A return label will be provided to you from our team upon receiving the requested information. Once we have received your return, we will issue you a refund. Please allow usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process the funds back into your account.

All orders can be exchanged within 3 days after you have received the package. Please contact support@biasinfavorofus.com with your order number and the item and/or size you would like to receive as an exchange. A return label will be provided to you from our team upon receiving the requested information. Once we have received your return, we will ship out your new product between 1 to 2 business days.

 

Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal information BiasInfavorofus LLC, collects, uses, shares, retains, or otherwise processes in connection with its websites, mobile applications, stores, and other locations where the policy is located or referenced online and offline, and how we treat such information. For example, we may collect your credit card number, billing and shipping address when you buy merchandise.

We may collect Personal Information you post on our social media pages. We may also collect your social media profile information and information posted on your page.

We may collect your birthdate, age, gender and zip or postal code. We may also collect information that could identify you and relates to your hobbies, interests or shopping behavior.

Commercial information, including purchase history.

We may collect Personal Information about the purchases you make online or in stores. This could include the products you purchased and their prices. We also collect information about the services you have purchased.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped from Baltimore, United States. All orders take 1 to 2 business days to be fulfilled. Orders placed before 2pm EST will most likely be shipped out the same day. Note that most shipping companies usually deliver packages between 1 to 5 business days depending on the location. We can not anticipate any unforeseen circumstances due to shipping.

 

International shipping: All orders are shipped from Baltimore, United States. All orders take 1 to 2 business days to be fulfilled; orders placed before 2pm EST will most likely be shipped out the same day. Note that shipping companies usually deliver packages between 7 to 14 business days depending on the location.  We can not anticipate any unforeseen circumstances due to shipping. Note that BIASINFAVOROFUS is not responsible for duties and taxes in regards to international orders. Please be advised that all prices on the online store are pre-taxed. The buyer will be responsible for covering duties and taxes on the item.
