International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email.

BIAS. INFAVOROFUS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require an additional shipping charge to be resent.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to limited production runs, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

If you need a different size, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order if the desired size remains available.
